cornSCHMITT'S FARMSTAND
In 1998 Schmitt farms ventured into the retail business by participating in local town farmers markets.  After nearly five years of participation in these weekly markets, we decided to set up a roadside stand with a tractor and trailer on Roanoke Avenue in 2003. As this business continued to grow, we moved the location to Sound Avenue last year and created a permanent spot!  We not only have our original tractor and trailer, but a refurbished International pick-up truck and a shed are now part of our collection!

Our Farmstand starts the season off with fresh potted plants and hanging baskets then drifts into summer with a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fresh cut field flowers.
